Quality & Safety

Harrison’s commitment to provide patients with exceptional care and service begins with quality. From our caregivers at the bedside, to our leaders, to our board of directors, quality is at the heart of everything we do.

Our promise to our patients is to strive to fulfill our Quality Vision:

We participate in the Hospital Quality Alliance, a program managed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and currently submit data on more than two dozen of our clinical processes. This program makes information about hospitals’ performance easy to understand and readily available to consumers.

We also participate in the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) which is a national, standardized survey of hospital patients. This survey is completed by our patients and provides feedback about their hospital stay.
