It is a program available to all employees to support Harrison Medical Center and make a difference at their place of work through monetary gifts processed through the Foundation.
The generous support of employees and the community directly impacts the quality of care provided to our patients and families. Patient care services, educational offerings and vital equipment purchases have all been made possible through support from employee giving.
Yes, the United Way Campaign is an annual workplace giving campaign that raises money for critical needs met by other organizations in our community. A portion of your gift goes to support the cost of the campaign and the remainder is provided to the organization(s) you designate.
100% of your gift goes towards the program(s) and/or service(s) you designate on your giving form. Gifts to the Employee Giving Program can be made in the form of cash, a pledge or through easy payroll deductions.
We want to recognize, celebrate and thank our current donors while also extending an invitation to those not participating to join during May following National Hospital Week. Hospital week is a time to celebrate the hard work of all employees and thank them for providing exceptional care to our patients. Employees who give through the Employee Giving Program make a direct impact to areas that matter to them the most.
Your desired gift is taken out of each paycheck and will continue until you notify the Foundation in writing. Because this is an ongoing program, you do not need to complete a new form each year.
You may change or adjust your payroll deduction or fund designation at any time by contacting the Foundation directly. The change will be implemented within a month following your request.
