Pregnancy Essentials

This class provides helpful information on what to expect during pregnancy. You’ll learn about changes in your own body, proper nutrition, and healthful lifestyle choices. You’ll practice hands-on massage techniques, as well as relaxation skills to help reduce stress. Instructors include licensed massage and physical therapists. Enrollment is limited to 12 couples.

Our two-part program can be fashioned to fit your personal schedule. You can take the classes in consecutive weeks or in stages. Fee covers Part 1 and either class in Part 2.
