Therapeutic Yoga

Free exercise class for cancer patients and survivors.

An introductory level Hatha Yoga class designed to rejuvenate the body through physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Participants are provided a physical release of stress, as well as an opportunity to become more centered and calm.
