Safe Sitter

SAFE SITTER is a medically accurate, hands-on class that teaches students (boys and girls) ages 11 to 13 how to handle emergencies when caring for children. Young children cannot always communicate their needs or protect themselves. The babysitter must be able to handle whatever situation arises.
SAFE SITTERS learn:

• Basic childcare skills
• How to entertain children and keep them safe
• What to do when a child chokes
• How to call for emergency help
• CPR for infants and children

Cost includes Safe Sitter manual, backpack (with safety kit), snacks and lunch for both days.
Please register for this two-day class (Saturday, October 2 and Saturday, October 9).
