A little about Hale's Alehouse
Throughout the Alehouse kitchen, the use of fresh, whole, unprocessed ingredients is the starting point in creating food that retains its natural goodness and flavors, the same way Hale’s Brewery makes beer. Whenever possible, they choose locally grown produce, dairy products, and fair-trade sustainable products. They also consider seasonal qualities when planning the menu. The menu is made from scratch daily using basic methods to enhance the natural flavors of the dishes they prepare. Their aim is to allow the food to impart and blend their natural flavors using herbs, spices, and sauces to balance and enhance the good taste of food that is fresh and well prepared. As a point, they have no deep fryers in the restaurant at all. JoJo potatoes are baked and Fish n Chips are pan fried. They also offer gluten free options to their menu. Just ask!
