Quality Measures

Harrison Medical Center is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare to our patients. Core Measures are a standardized performance measurement system developed by the Joint Commission from quality indicators established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Core Measures are nationally accepted evidence-based clinical practices and just one of the tools Harrison uses in its continuing quality improvement efforts.

The four areas of care measured are:

Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

Heart Failure

Pneumonia

Surgical Care
