In August, Harrison’s contract with Regence Blue Shield was terminated. Together, CHI Franciscan Health and Harrison are committed to working with Regence patients to ease what could represent a significant financial hardship for the balance of 2014, until patients can select a different healthcare plan.
Harrison Medical Center is offering discounts to Regence patients for service performed from August 22 through February 14, 2015. Harrison is also offering financial assistance for those who qualify.
The out-of-network billing process will change. Rather than Regence paying Harrison as it usually does, Regence will instead pay you, requiring you to turn around and pay us. We will make this process as easy as possible.
