Since 1978, we have been providing the highest quality of health care, health maintenance and patient advocacy for our patients in North Kitsap County; we are proud of our service to and the part we play in the lives of our many patients and their families. When making an appointment, please inform us of:

 - Your primary/secondary insurance carrier
 - Which practitioner you wish to see
 - The reason for the visit or health issue you are most concerned about

We appreciate receiving 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will allow us to give another patient the opportunity to be seen at that time.
