Mother/baby care, pediatrics, women's services, outpatient surgery, rehabilitation, and 24/7 emergency care are the cornerstones of Harrison Silverdale, which opened on the corner of Myhre Road and Ridgetop Boulevard in 2000. Advanced imaging services—including an open MRI—combined with an array of physicians’ offices complement patient care at this award-winning facility. We also boast spectacular mountain views from many vantage points within the facility.
Mom & baby care
More than 2,000 babies are born annually at Harrison Silverdale where labor, delivery, and recovery all take place within an intimate setting. Your family and friends can feel right at home. We also have a team of lactation specialists on site to assist mom and baby.
Pediatrics
In our 10-bed pediatrics care unit, we offer subspecialty care ranging from general pediatric surgery to pediatric endocrinology through our partnership with Tacoma's Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
Emergency Services
We treat nearly 28,000 people annually—24/7—in our high-tech, 13-bed Emergency Department. Our wait times are among the lowest in the state—an impressive average of 155 minutes, as compared to the average of 263 minutes at other Washington hospitals.
Da Vinci® Surgical System
Our highly skilled surgeons are able to perform even the most complex and delicate surgical procedures through tiny incisions with unparalleled dexterity, control, and accuracy using this new robotic-assisted surgery tool.
Lap-Band®
Experienced surgeons guide our comprehensive bariatric program that maximizes weight loss through teaching and support. Educational sessions are offered monthly at the Silverdale campus.
HydroWorx® Therapy Pool
Our specialized therapy pool—with an adjustable floor depth and integrated treadmill—helps patients recover more quickly after surgery or injury. It’s just one feature of our full-service rehabilitation facility.
